We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected. We will not be held responsible or liable for any failure for the Purchase to complete, or any resulting loss or damages to you.

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

This includes any negligent or illegal conduct by you, any person or entity accessing the Service using your account whether such access is obtained via fraudulent or illegal means.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
2254934 Ontario Limited, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, economic loss, loss or damage to electronic media or data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of the Service; (ii) your inability to access or use the Service; (iii) any conduct or content of any third-party on or related to the Service; (iiv) any content obtained from or through the Service; and (v) the unauthorized access to, use of or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other claim in law, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

Any purportedly applicable warranties, terms and conditions are excluded, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance, except as provided for under the laws of any province in Canada. In such cases, the provincial law shall apply to the extent necessary.
2254934 Ontario Limited its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that a) the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location; b) any errors or defects will be corrected; c) the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or d) the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
If you breach any of these Terms and 2254934 Ontario Limited chooses not to immediately act, or chooses not to act at all, 2254934 Ontario Limited will still be entitled to all rights and remedies at any later date, or in any other situation, where you breach these Terms. 2254934 Ontario Limited does not waive any of its rights. 2254934 Ontario Limited shall not be responsible for any purported breach of these Terms caused by circumstances beyond its control. A person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no rights of enforcement.
You may not assign, sub-license or otherwise transfer any of your rights under these Terms.
As set out, above, some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the limitations above may not apply to you. Provincial laws of Canada may apply to certain products and service provided.
These Terms shall be governed by, and interpreted and enforced in accordance with, the laws in the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada, as applicable.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, then any remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements, oral or otherwise, regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, in whole or in part, please stop using the website and the Service.

Items will be shipped within 3 business days once payment has been confirmed. All shipments will include a tracking number and insurance to cover the cost of the package. Email confirmation will be sent once the item has been shipped and a tracking number will be provided.
In order to reduce our environmental impact and to keep shipping cost as low as possible, your package will be shipped whenever feasible in a recycled box or minimal packaging. Orders will be shipped either by Canada Post, UPS, Purolator or Fedex.
Our carriers within Canada deliver on business days only, excluding holidays. Please allow an additional 2 to 3 business days for deliveries to rural areas.
Packages not claimed and returned to sixtysix can be shipped back to you at your expense or the purchase price refunded to you less the shipping fees and a handling fee of $20.00.
IN-STORE CREDIT & EXCHANGE POLICY
Exchanges and in-store credit are offered within 14 days of receiving your order. Any return processed after the 14-day period is not eligible for exchange or in-store credit.
We DO NOT offer returns or exchanges on SALE ITEMS.
We DO NOT accept a return on any merchandise with visible damages or that seems to have been worm. Merchandise that appears to be worn or damages will be returned to you without a refund at our discretion. Shoes must be returned without visible wear and in the original packaging.

We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return & exchange policy requirements.
PLEASE NOTE: shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All SALE purchases are final sale.
ONLINE EXCHANGE & CREDIT POLICY
We ONLY offer store credit for items purchased online. In order to fulfill an exchange on an item purchased online we will issue a store credit which you will then reorder your correct style, colour, and size. Please note that we cannot make any exceptions for a refund due to your item being out of stock.
You are entitled to an exchange within 14 days of your purchase for a store credit only. Please note that the product must be returned unused and in original packaging including all tags.
Store credits will be issued within 2 to 3 business days upon receiving the exchange items.
Please email email@example.com to authorize the return. A return authorization code and return instructions will be emailed to you.
All items discounted, purchased on sale, or using a promotional code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We are not responsible for the shipping costs of your return or exchange item/s.
Refunds are not accepted unless the item is faulty. If you have a faulty item please make sure you enclose your original invoice, along with a description of the fault. Once received in our office, we will inspect the goods and decide whether to issue a refund or repair the goods. In this case we will keep you informed.
PLEASE NOTE: we are not responsible for any shipping costs related to exchanges or for any loss of items during shipping.
Since sixtysix Last Call offers its merchandise at clearance prices, returns will only be accepted within 48 hours of delivery. A returned item will be accepted and a store credit will be issued (less shipping) if the item(s) is returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered in its original packaging with the price tag(s) still attached. All sales are final on bags, footwear, undergarments, swimwear, jewelry, and headwear.
In order to return merchandise, you must obtain a Return Authorization before sending any item back. To return merchandise, please follow these steps:

Please list the item(s) you would like to return and the reason as to why you are returning the item(s).

3) Not as I expected

Once your return request is received, you will receive a Return Authorization “RA” number and return instruction or shipping documents via email. No returns will be accepted without the return number and no packages will be accepted COD.
Once we receive your parcel, your return will be processed and your store credit issued. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed. Returns will be credited in the form of a store credit (original shipping will not be credited).

Our inventory may be subject to change, despite our best efforts to keep inventory accurate. In the event of a discrepancy in our inventory, you will be notified shortly after placing your order and you will be refunded for the payment amount.
If a package is undeliverable, the customer will be held responsible for any return and original shipping charges.
We are not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipment. Please familiarize yourself with your country's regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.
All Canadian orders subject to GST; Ontario orders are subject to 13% HST.
Merchandise is subject to import duties and tariffs during customs inspection when goods are shipped to the buyer. The buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, tariffs, and other expenditures that are incurred during shipment. Sixty Six is not responsible for packages delayed by the postal service or customs inspection.
